Here is Heidi Montag “caught” by paps while she is practicing yoga with her instructor outdoors.Except the huge cleavage she has shown her new face.I don’t understand why she thought she needed even bigger boobs or why does a 23 year old girl need plastic any surgery.Her face was much prettier before the surgery,now she looks like one of those synthetic dolls you can buy at a porn shop.I wonder what’s next…the plastic vagina?!So so sad!!!!
